Everyone at The Salter School for Culinary Arts has one thing in common - we all have a passion for cooking! In addition to food preparation skills, this comprehensive program includes hands-on instruction at a full service restaurant and professional instruction in the areas of: the science of food and nutrition, front-of-house business, back-of-house business operations, international cuisines, computer applications, bakeshop, beverages, spa cuisines, and much more.

This combination of academic, laboratory, and hands-on instruction will develop the skills necessary for an exciting and successful career in the culinary field.
