Our Facilities
The Fall River campus is located in downtown Fall River, MA just off of Route 195 and not far from Mount Hope Bay. Our campus is only 18 miles, or 20 minutes, from Providence, RI, and 15 minutes in the other direction from our New Bedford campus. There is ample, well-lit parking available for our staff and students.
Our 3-story facility is welcoming and well-maintained. It includes two medical assisting clinical labs, a massage clinic, four computer labs, and eight classrooms. Our student cafeteria has vending machines and microwaves for students to use. The Fall River campus is a member of the Library & Information Resources Network (LIRN), which allows students in the library to use special online databases for research and learning.
The massage clinic at Fall River is open to the public, and serves as a lab where our massage therapy students can practice their massage techniques during their internships. Our medical assisting labs are equipped with the types of equipment and technologies that are used in the field of healthcare, giving students the opportunity for hands-on learning.
The Salter School Faculty
The faculty at the Fall River campus is comprised of instructors with experience in their career fields. Our approach to instruction is student-focused with hands-on learning activities that promote competence and confidence in our students. Our faculty members know their career industries well.
