Externships are a valuable part of most programs offered at Salter. The purpose of the externship is to provide students with the opportunity to apply their skills and gain valuable experience in a business, medical or legal environment before graduation.

Students generally serve their externship during their last term. The Career Services department assists students in securing externships. Externships are non-paid. The Career Services Department is available to provide information regarding the externship process to all students.

Salter School offers externship opportunities with Medical Assisting, Paralegal Training and other programs.
